Mr. Cox is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pipeline Oil and Gas which has assembled an all-star management team which currently has successful operations in Kansas, Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Cox has been a public figure in the financial news talk arena for the last four years as well, broadcasting throughout the United States.

Vice President of Operations
Since 1980 Mr. Coody has served in management, as an executive officer and / or ownership of technology companies with an oil & gas or environmental focus. Coody’s technology experience began with Dowell Schlumberger where he served in management from 1980-1993. Also Mr. Coody worked in China on an extensive development project that included a technology transfer contract, conducting training in equipment design, assembly procedures, and in plant manufacturing training as well as in the field at rig and well site locations.

Vice President of Finance & Compliance
Mr. Bezdek's experience is specific to the energy space sector, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, senior debt facilities (secured/unsecured), mezzanine financing, O&G division order capitalization methods, off balance-sheet financing methods ("assignments of production/non-recourse financing") and correspondent banking services to traditional energy bank facilities, as well as, institutional asset management.

Head of Risk Management
Mr. Jarvis is Director of Risk Management for Pipeline and President of Caprock Risk Management. Mr. Jarvis founded Caprock in 2006 and has successfully built a boutique commodities firm specializing in the energy markets to national recognition.

Investor Communications Manager
Ron has over 25 years of experience investing in markets such as oil & gas, real estate, stocks, gold, silver, and wine. He is a visionary who can see new trends and opportunities and has a savvy understanding of markets and what drives them up or down.

Director of Investor Relations
Roger appreciates and specifically works with investors, business owners, affluent clients and developers located in the U.S., Mexico and Central America speaking at many investment club meetings and conducting numerous presentations across the U.S. He has successfully worked in the insurance industry, mortgage industry and real estate industry for the last 25 years, plus owns several companies and rental properties with his wife, Kim.

Office Manager
Danielle has experience with start-up companies including franchising, business investments, and other entrepreneurial ventures. She studied business with a strong focus on client relations and has developed, structured, and implemented successful management systems.
