Why Invest with Pipeline Oil & Gas
Pipeline is committed to providing best-in-class direct participation investment opportunities to help our Partners earn exceptional returns and capitalize on the tax benefits available through their investments in oil and gas projects. We pursue onshore projects in the mid-continent region of the United States with existing production on proven reserves to mitigate risk, reduce costs, increase accuracy and maximize ROI for our investment Partners.
Pipeline acquires working interest in specifically targeted projects and makes opportunities available for investors to participate through our Partnership entities. Through our Partnerships, we invest in projects that have existing wells and infrastructure and a long history of oil production with up to 80 years of data.
Identify, acquire and develop underperforming and undervalued oil and gas projects.
Rework existing wells and/or drill new wells to increase production.
Sell your income producing asset or retain your income producing asset.
To encourage the development of domestic oil and gas production, U.S. Tax Code provides numerous substantial tax deductible expenses. These benefits include Intangible Drilling Costs, Tangible Drilling Costs, Small Producer Tax Exemptions, and Lease Costs. See more on our Tax Benefits page.
Receive consistent cash flow from your share of oil and gas production revenues.
Exit and Legacy Strategies
Exit Strategy: As the property is developed and oil and gas production increases, the property’s asset value will also increase. This value increase allows partners to sell their ownership at a higher value than their original investment.
Legacy Strategy: If a partner is happy with the monthly income provided by their shares in any particular project, they can simply maintain their ownership and continue to profit from the property’s production of oil and gas, providing a long, sustainable income.
Pipeline provides Partners will full transparency and disclosure by offering a Partnership Investor Portal for detailed progress updates, Monthly Investor Statements, 3rd party audits from CPA firm, 3rd party escrow account used for funding, best-in-class legal and financial support, and direct communication with the Pipeline team.
